A dysfunctional family of squid-like aliens called the Calamari Family own and operate an inter-stellar hotel on the far edge of the Milky Way, combining their wacky understanding of scientific knowledge and their love of food to cause calamitous outcomes for their guests and themselves.
Each episode will have a special guest such as Elon Musk (Episode 1) or Sigourney Weaver (Episode 2), who the family members will go crazy for in hopes of pleasing them, only to drive the special guests even crazier.
